Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
Managing all expected key performance indicators – financial & rostering
Supervising & coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
Delivering ZSG food quality & safety standards
Skills & Experience
Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands on
A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
A positive 'can do' attitudeAbility to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Experienced store management – 2 years minimum (preferred)
