A day in the life… Petstock Country Goldmans | Cessnock NSW
* Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team daily
* Support your Store Manager in coaching the team to develop their knowledge and skills
* Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience
* Maintain a safe work environment for the store, team members, and customers
* Assist in stock management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and accurate
* Support visual merchandising standards for stock displays
* Stay up-to-date with pet care, products, and services
* Recruit, onboard, and induct high-caliber new team members
* Contribute to a positive, supportive store culture
* Support local marketing initiatives and sponsorships
What We Need…
* Experience in a store leadership role or readiness to step into retail management
* Proven success in driving sales
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and build a high-performing team
* Resilience and ability to manage conflicting priorities
* Commitment to creating a safety-focused culture
* Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
