Youll champion client outcomes and contribute to business success by building trust, identifying unmet needs, and helping us bring Dovidas relationship-based care to more people across Brisbane North and Moreton Bay.
Youll collaborate closely with our passionate office team and national network, with the flexibility to work from home when on the road and in the office.

Full-time, permanent role 38 hours/week, MonFri (between 7 AM and 6 PM) Strong support from a connected national team Annual Appreciation Day + Birthday Day Off Employee Assistance Program Regular social events we work hard and have fun A culture that genuinely values care and the people who deliver it Key Responsibilities : Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and families Lead client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing care coordination through a wellness and reablement lens Develop and formalise individualised care plans and service agreements Identify opportunities for growth and service expansion through client needs and community networking Actively promote Dovidas services to ensure high-quality support and stronger business outcomes Provide ongoing feedback and collaboration with our Caregiver team Document interactions and keep all stakeholders informed About you Previous experience in care coordination or case management, ideally in aged care or Home Care Packages Sales, client growth, or business development experience (highly desirable) Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills A confident, professional approach to client engagement and service promotion Experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong organisation, time management, and documentation skills Valid Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to travel across Brisbane North
