A leading national builder is seeking an experienced Nightshift Supervisor to join a high-profile redevelopment project within an iconic Melbourne landmark. This major upgrade will deliver a new multi‐use facility, forming a key part of a wider precinct transformation. Working within an established site team, the Nightshift Supervisor will play a critical role in managing evening operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising nightshift site operations across key work fronts
* Coordinating subcontractors and managing nightly work programmes
* Ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental and quality standards
* Managing deliveries, logistics and access
* Monitoring progress against programme and reporting nightly updates
* Maintaining strong communication with day shift teams to ensure seamless handover
* Driving productivity while maintaining the highest safety standards
About You
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Bring
* Proven experience as a Supervisor / Foreman on commercial or major infrastructure projects
* Experience delivering works during nightshift or possession‐style programmes
* Strong subcontractor coordination and sequencing capabilities
* Solid understanding of site safety, quality control and compliance
* Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast‐paced construction environment
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
