For our Customer and Sales Support based in Australia (Melbourne), we are currently looking for a
**Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator**:***
**What's it all about?**
- Management of loan and rental units
- You manage the fleet of our test equipment, ensure availability and keep them up to date
- You create quotes and orders for loan and rental units and follow up on them
- You coordinate and organize deliveries and collections of our loan and rental units
- You check the condition of our loan and rental units (incl. accessories) upon return
- Spare parts management and handling
- You keep our spare parts inventory well stocked by coordinating spare parts purchases with our office in Austria
- You take care of the spare parts stock management incl. checking in/out and regular stocktaking
- You are the point of contact to our customers for quoting standalone accessories, delivering from stock or organizing from Austria.
- Repair and calibration lab coordinator
- You are documenting repair and calibration orders in our ERP system
- You are liaising and communicating with customers in case of repair and calibration
- You are creating quotations and issuing invoicing for repairs and calibrations
- You are responsible for the shipment and receipt of units coming in for repair and calibration
- You are acting as a back-up for the lab engineer for handling calibrations and repair

**What are we looking for?**
- Tertiary qualification in Electronics and electrical engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field
- At least three (3) years of experience preferred in Logistics or Inventory management
- Previous experience with ERP is preferrable, but not a must
- Diagnostic and repair skills/interest is preferrable
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Goal-driven, precise, reliable and autonomous working style
- Have strong organizing and communication skills
