Key Responsibilities
* Carry out ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance tasks to prevent asset degradation.
* Identify and address health and safety issues promptly to maintain a secure environment.
Requirements
* You must possess a trade-based qualification or more than 3 years' experience in a commercial maintenance position.
* A valid driver's license is essential for performing duties effectively.
* Knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards and regulatory maintenance frameworks is necessary.
* National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance is mandatory.
* Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders are required.
