About the Role:
The Direct Care Worker (Residential) plays an important role in supporting residents within the Residential Care Home by delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Working under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager and in close collaboration with health professionals, this role provides direct client services that enhance the comfort, wellbeing, and daily living of residents.
As a valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, the Direct Care Worker contributes to a supportive and compassionate environment that promotes dignity and quality of life.

About You:
- Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
- Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health related field.
- Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
