Yarrabah is an indigenous community located 51 km from Cairns with a population of **** and a median age of 22yrs old.
Yarrabah Emergency Service provides 24 hours emergency and accident care only, however, to assist cultural requirements palliation of patients and returning for care often occurs.Presentations are varied and will give you opportunity to utilise your emergency skills.
The department is linked in with telehealth Retrieval Services and has onsite point of care testing and an experienced nursing team.
