Job Title: Executive Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide executive support services, responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the organization.
About the Role:
* Manage incoming phone calls by responding, screening, and directing them to relevant personnel.
* Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
* Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic documents.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Evaluate customer satisfaction through feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Your Background:
* At least 4 years experience in an administrative or executive support role.
* Detailed knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes & procedures e.g. ISO 9001.
* Proficiency with various software programs, including MS Office suite and CRM systems.
* Proven ability to manage social media platforms and run marketing campaigns.
* Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
