Drive high-impact marketing across every channel—from website content and digital performance campaigns to press ads and events. Working closely with our Cruise Marketing Leader and cross‐functional teams, you'll keep our activity accurate, efficient, and commercially strong. If you're detail‐obsessed, highly organised, and love juggling multiple priorities to deliver standout marketing, this role is for you.
A day in the life:
* Campaign Management
o Run end‐to‐end marketing campaigns from brief to delivery
o Lead creative briefs and manage timelines
o Ensure all assets are accurate and delivered on time
* Website Content
o Own and update website content, auditing regularly for accuracy
o Improve content workflows and reduce errors
* Digital Performance
o Manage paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google + more)
o Deploy creative assets correctly and optimise for CPA/enquiry targets
* Print Advertising
o Plan print activity and brief Studio on all print materials
o Oversee approvals and ensure on‐brand accuracy
* Events & Activations
o Support planning and delivery of trade + consumer events
* Reporting & Admin
o Maintain budget tracking and monitor campaign + web performance
o Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders
o Track competitor activity and market trends
* Customer Journey
o Collaborate with CRM/Digital/Insights on customer journey improvements
o Support development of automated customer communications
* Stakeholder Management
o Act as central link between Product and Marketing, aligning priorities and timelines
Who you are:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar (preferred)
* 2–4 years' experience in marketing coordination, campaigns, or digital/print content
* Strong organisational skills and workflow management
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
* Collaborative team player with cross‐functional experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Meta, CMS/digital tools experience advantageous
