About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who can confidently manage and coordinate all things HR across our business. This role is hands‑on, people‑focused, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days look the same.
You’ll be the go‑to person for our leaders and employees, providing guidance, structure, and support across the full employee lifecycle. As we continue to expand, you’ll also play a key role in helping the HR function scale with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and coordinating day‑to‑day HR operations across multiple sites
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation to meet urgent operational needs
* Providing advice on HR legislation, compliance, and best practice
* Attending leadership meetings and contributing with confidence and professionalism
* Assisting with workforce planning and supporting the business through periods of growth
* Maintaining HR processes while staying flexible enough to “get the job done” when priorities shift
* Building strong relationships with employees and leaders across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in HR coordination or HR management preferably in mining or construction.
* Solid understanding of HR legislation, compliance, and employee relations
* Strong recruitment and onboarding experience
* A supportive, approachable style with the right balance of professionalism and empathy
* Someone who is process‑driven but adaptable when the situation calls for it
* A team player who’s willing to step in and help wherever needed
