The purpose of this role is to provide assistance to ensure day-to-day efficiency with the overall aim of achieving business objectives. You will be required to assist the service function of the business in achieving operational effectiveness in line with business requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for new participants
- Collaborate on care plan creation and ensure individual needs are met
- Manage the intake checklist to facilitate a seamless onboarding process
- Review and update participant registers regularly
- Work closely with the Service Manager to fill house vacancies
- Develop creative strategies to engage and inspire interest among participants
- Assist participants to navigate the NDIS systems, informing of the rights and responsibilities and choices.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and demonstrate empathy and understanding of challenges relating to people with disabilities with higher need.
- Develop new standards for services quality, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all services.
- Provide training to teams, leaders, support coordinators, key workers and support workers when needed to assist improving the performance.
- Assist participants to identify their goals and aspirations.
- Coordinate service personnel to ensure daily targets and tasks are completed
- Build and modify programs to encourage, support and assist participants achieve their goals.
- Assist in building new programs for participants
- Conduct regular surveys to collect feedback for our services
- Ensure workplace materials and documentation are maintained in line with legal obligations and best practice standards
- Regularly review and implement changes to various forms of documentation
- Analyse and investigate service complaint or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor care plans for participants to meet all the individual needs, in addition to develop training for staff to implement the care plans with high standards.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
