We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our supportive and diverse team, representing a well-known Australian furniture retailer. You'll be the go-to expert, assisting customers with everything from placing orders to tracking deliveries across multiple platforms.
Full-time (38 hours/week).
Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (rotating roster).
Located at Brickworks Place, Rochedale, QLD (FREE Parking).

Australian based role.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage customer inquiries about product shopping and delivery via phone, chat, email, social media, and SMS.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions by updating accounts.
Initiate necessary communication with stores following customer interactions.
Process customer orders in accordance with client specifications.
Identify and escalate critical issues to management for timely resolution.
