This role is a full-time position for a maximum term of twenty-four months. This is a national role and will require some travel and some irregular working hours on occasion. We offer hybrid working arrangements.
About the role
As a Clinical Systems Consultant, you will play a key role in strengtheningBaptistCare'sclinical systems across our Residential services. You will:
* Provide clinicalexpertiseto support digital health, medication management, documentation, woundmanagementand other system components
* Ensure our clinical systems are contemporary, best‐practice and aligned with Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards
* Partner with operational leaders, clinicians, Information and Digitalteam's Application Analysand to enhance and evolve our systems
* Lead and deliver role‐based training, system support and coaching to clinical leaders and end users
* Support auditing, quality, complianceand regulatory assessments
* Build strong relationships with vendors andparticipatein user groups to drive improvement
* Contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of care atBaptistCare
This roleis primarilyfunctionalwith focus on system design and improvements for the userexperience howeverthe role will also expose you to the technicalside of our clinicalsystemthis role willbe idealfor someone who enjoys blending clinical knowledge with systems thinkingtechnology and collaboration.

About you
You are someone who cares deeply about quality care and loves helping others succeed
* Proven experience in technical clinical systems, implementation and ongoing support
* At least 5 years' experience in Aged Care
* Strong understanding of residential aged care legislation and regulatory requirements
* Experience in delivering engaging, effective training
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Excel skills
* Abilityto travel as needed
* A current Australian Driver's Licence
* (Desirable) Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
