Sephora's Eastland store is seeking a seasoned Retail Leader to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Opportunity:
* Lead by example and embody Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
* Drive sales growth and exceed KPIs by coaching and developing your team members.
* Utilize data insights to inform operational decisions and work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
* Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
* Work across various categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
Requirements:
* Previous retail management experience, preferably in areas of profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people development, stock control, and visual merchandising.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
* A hands-on leader who excels on the sales floor, motivating and coaching team members to achieve success.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and experiential retail to represent the Sephora brand.
* Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
