As an Orange Sky (OS) Service Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the Service Leader, OS employees and the local volunteer team to oversee and support the daily operations of a number of local OS shifts. Assisting the broader volunteer team with roster support, incident management and monitoring weekly shift reports to help build improvements!
A week in the life of a Service Coordinator may look like:
* Support, mentor & oversee a team of amazing volunteer leaders
* Keep the local volunteer team updates with key information
* Assist with rostering and monitoring reports
* Build and maintain great relationships with Service Providers (partners we work with on shift)
If you are organised, great with people, can communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and have a genuine passion for helping others you will be a great fit!
