Part-Time Receptionist - Private Psychology Practice (Awakened Psychology, South Windsor): 12 hours per week (4 hours/day, 3 days/week)
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an essential role in creating a calm and welcoming environment. You'll support our psychologists by managing the front desk, handling client communications, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients and create a warm, supportive atmosphere
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Process payments and issue receipts
* Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
* Keep the reception area tidy, clean and organised
* Provide general administrative support to the clinical team
About You
* Previous experience in a reception, customer service or admin role (health or psychology setting is a bonus)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office
* A calm, compassionate and professional manner
* Able to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
Work Hours
4 hours per day, 3 days per week (days/times to be negotiated)
