Job Description As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing arrivals and departuresResponding to guest requests efficiently and courteouslyCommunicating with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are metActively resolving guest issues and challengesPromoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty ProgramAbility to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts and nights as required. You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
