As a Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing arrivals and departures Responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously Communicating with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met Actively resolving guest issues and challenges Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts and nights as required. You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus: Strong written and verbal communication skills Time management skills with the ability to multi-task Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of team members Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy Additional Information Experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Fluency in English additional languages are a plus Your team and working environment: Vibrant Social Vibes: From team shout-outs and "Heartist" celebrations to casual after-work gatherings, we make sure the energy behind the scenes is just as buzzing as our lobby.
