About the Role
Join the Flick Canberra team as an Administration Officer, supporting our sales staff and managing business accounts across pest and hygiene services. This is a hands-on role for someone who is self-motivated, organised, and ready to contribute to all aspects of business administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with account management.
* Oversee business account administration for pest and hygiene services.
* Manage cancellations and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts.
* Communicate with clients regarding account changes and service updates.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in administration, accounts, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.
