Reporting / BI Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Your new role
As a Reporting / BI Analyst, you will:
* Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI and D365 F&O embedded reporting capabilities to support financial, operational, and compliance requirements (GL, AP/AR, procurement, occupancy, care metrics).
* Collaborate with SMEs to define the enterprise data model underpinning the new ERP/RMS environment, including D365 F&O data entities, RMS data structures, and curated data layers (Azure SQL / Data Lake).
* Build and maintain standardised reporting datasets and semantic models enabling self-service reporting while ensuring a single source of truth across finance, operations, and clinical governance.
* Support testing and validation of reporting outputs, ensuring traceability to requirements, correct data lineage, and alignment with financial controls and audit standards.
* Assist in assembling management reporting packs and dashboards for leadership and Steering Committees (month-end performance, benefits tracking, risk and issue views) using Power BI and Office 365.
* Contribute to the long-term BI and data governance model, including ownership, access control, and data quality rules for the D365/RMS landscape.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Azure data services.
* Proven ability to design enterprise data models and reporting solutions.
* Knowledge of financial and operational reporting requirements.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
