Job Title: Payroll & Accounts Administrator Allrounder
About the Position: This is a full-time role where you'll be responsible for processing fortnightly payroll, accounts and handling ad-hoc accounting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing fortnightly payroll and ensuring compliance with awards and employment agreements
* Undertaking compliance activities in relation to state and federal legislation
* Processing invoices, ensuring sales orders are correct against purchase orders and price lists
* Preparing and sending monthly debtor statements to clients
* Communicating directly with customers to resolve any queries
* Assisting the finance team to provide support with financial reporting, month-end tasks, reconciliations and other accounting functions
About You: We're seeking a driven professional with strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, tax and superannuation. Experience with MYOB and Excel is essential. Full Australian working rights are required.
