The Role
This is a full-time, maternity leave position on-site role located in Frankston South, VIC, for a Service Receptionist .
The Service Receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, managing service appointments, answering calls, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements :
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling customer inquiries and interactions
* Proficient organizational and administrative abilities, including appointment scheduling and record management
* Experience in multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling software and email communication
* Professional demeanour and ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Previous experience in reception or customer-facing roles is a plus
* Knowledge of the automotive industry or service department operations will be advantageous
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or administration are beneficial
