Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to consumers and their families/carers and supporters.
* Contribute to a multidisciplinary team ensuring excellent care and support for consumers.
* Collaborate with the peer workforce and other disciplines to meet consumer needs.
