The role
The Customer Support role is central to Endotherapeutics, connecting our Sales Teams, hospitals, Healthcare Networks, and online consumers. We seek a team player passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and increasing engagement.
Responsibilities
* Receiving, inspecting, and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals.
* Maintaining instrument and implant sets to ensure readiness, functionality, and cleanliness.
* Invoicing purchase orders for used loan stock.
* Liaising with couriers, placing urgent orders, and following up on PODs for loan and consignment stock.
* Resupplying and picking inventory for hospital locations.
* Sending stock to the sales team for their inventories.
* Transacting accurately within ERP systems as per SOPs.
* Fulfilling Endotherapeutics online orders and updating customer databases.
* Conducting systematic stock cycle counts at Head Office.
* Receiving stock into systems and unpacking into appropriate bays.
* Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing.
* Ordering and unpacking office supplies.
* Manual handling, including occasional heavy lifting up to 15kg.
