About the Role
Our client is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for the office. This role is pivotal in ensuring that tenants and stakeholders receive a consistently high standard of service when engaging with the organisation.
As the first point of contact, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member. This requires a sound understanding of the team structure and operations. In addition, the role provides administrative support to the Corporate Services team, including general office duties and data entry.
