This role is based at our Support Services Office in Wayville, South Australia. This role suits someone who enjoys an operational focused role. The successful candidate will support our project teams delivering projects in remote Australia with high volume recruitment, performance management, providing HR guidance and return to work coordination. Role Responsibilities: End to end high volume recruitment & onboarding; Providing IR/ER advice and support as required; Drive the performance feedback process with managers; Support and coach managers across a range of HR activities including performance management, succession planning, talent and reward processes & professional development. Injury and return to work management; and Participate in HR specific projects.
