Due to expansion, we are currently hiring a Project Manager based out of our Ingenia Plantations Lifestyle Community site in Woolgoolga.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role will see you lead the delivery of premium retirement living projects in one of Australia's most beautiful coastal regions. This is your chance to shape vibrant, community-focused developments while enjoying the relaxed lifestyle that Woolgoolga offers.
As our Project Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-quality land lease communities, managing contractors, budgets, and timelines, all while keeping our future residents at the heart of every decision.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Ingenia's premium retirement living project in the Woolgoolga region.
Manage contractors, construction timelines, budgets, and quality standards on-site.
Ensure all works meet WHS, statutory, and company compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and exceptional customer outcomes.
Build strong relationships with local suppliers, councils, and service authorities.
About You
Experienced in residential or civil construction, ideally with volume building exposure.
Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders across different locations.
Strong local contractor and supplier networks in the Coffs Harbour/Woolgoolga region.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and construction reporting tools.
A team player with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
