Our client is seeking experienced Business Analyst (Technical / Digital) to support a live HubSpot environment and a broader ecosystem of digital platforms and vendor partners. This will be an initial 3 months contract working 4 days per week. This role is ideal for a pragmatic, delivery-focused BA who enjoys operating in a smaller business where you’ll work directly with stakeholders, drive outcomes, and help bring structure through clear requirements and documentation Our client produces training content and is based in Belrose and currently operates a hybrid model with an expectation of office attendance 3 days per week The Opportunity You’ll step into an environment with multiple active vendors and platforms, including a HubSpot implementation partner and other technology partners. HubSpot will be live, and the focus is largely post-go-live optimisation, enhancements, integrations and uplift of ways of working and documentation. Key Responsibilities Gather requirements directly from users across sales, marketing, customer success and finance (approx. 30 internal users). Translate needs into clear artefacts (user stories / use cases / requirements) and manage delivery with vendor partners. Support HubSpot optimisation via a monthly sprint cadence (requirements prep, coordination, delivery management). Assist with reporting/dashboards — hands-on where capable, otherwise via partner liaison. Contribute to operational vendor management (incl. contracts/renewals visibility as needed). Drive documentation uplift: workflows, SOPs, system/integration mapping and supporting materials for business continuity. Work comfortably with changing priorities and support backlog grooming in a dynamic environment. What We’re Looking For Strong BA capability in digital / CRM / SaaS environments (HubSpot experience beneficial). Confidence working with multiple vendors and translating business needs into actionable deliverables. Comfortable operating without a heavy PMO structure — able to self-manage workload and stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to work with senior leadership. Documentation discipline (SOPs, process mapping, integration/data mapping). Contract & Location Initial 3-month contract (extension possible depending on business needs/budget). 4 days/week – 3 days in the office Belrose (Northern Beaches) – onsite parking available; public transport is limited.
