Job Description
The Depot Co-Ordinator role is responsible for a wide variety of depot-based tasks, supporting the sales and delivery of fuel and lubricants to our customers in Nth WA (East Kimberley). This role will be pivotal to driving operational efficiency through a number of tasks including timely customer invoicing, coordination of depot resources coordination, stock balancing, customer engagement and Sales.
Whilst the successful applicant doesn’t need fuel industry experience, it is expected that they have strong communication and organisation skills and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic team player who has delivered strong results in a similar operational role.

Your responsibilities will be to provide general depot duties and administration duties, including:
Manage inbound customer enquiries providing price quotes and ordering via phone, email and over the counter. Maintain high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns effectivelyIn market sales activity. Develop strong customer relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities to grow the depot’s customer base and salesDepot Stock Control including Stock reconciliation, invoicing and managing site fuelDay-to-day operations including, depot inspections, depot dips, vehicle inspectionsFocal point for accuracy in our In-house systems, including ERP.Collaborate with Senior Leaders to improve depot processes, including streamlining and standardising stocks and procedures across all locations
Qualifications
Genuine commitment to safetySelf MotivatedTeam player who is willing to learn all aspects of the fuel businessHigh attention to detail and proven problem-solving ability.Strong operational skills with the ability to multi-task and show exceptional problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments to senior management.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.Strong organisational skills, who understands hitting and meeting deadlinesTransport Background and advantage.
This is a muti faceted position within the team, the ideal person will have a thirst to learn all aspects of a busy and growing fuel business, bringing with them an eye for administration and an ability to solve problems.
