YOUR NEW ROLE Based in the vibrant Children, Families and Creative Learning team at Sydney Opera House, this role champions access, creativity and connection across Primary, Secondary and Tertiary education. Driving business development and school bookings for Creative Learning programs, you’ll build meaningful relationships with educators through engaging communications, meetings and events. Acting as a trusted account manager, you’ll coordinate bookings, workshops and financial support, collaborate closely with ticketing and contribute to launches, focus groups and conferences. In this role, you’ll be helping more students and teachers experience the power of learning through the arts at Sydney Opera House. ARE YOU THE ONE? 3–5 years’ experience in sales and account coordination, ideally within education and/or creative learning programs. Proven success designing and delivering sales plans and managing customers through the full engagement journey to confirmed bookings. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with education sector customers, driving repeat and increased engagement. Confident use of CRM systems (e.g. Tessitura) to manage data, generate insights, reports and inform sales strategies. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Strong administration, organisation and time-management skills, with the resilience and flexibility to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment.
