Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you'll work at the heart of product delivery, collaborating with stakeholders across the business and working closely with our offshore development team to bring strategic initiatives to life. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, enjoys solving real business problems, and has a natural ability to lead and influence.
You'll bring together your technical knowledge, commercial thinking, and communication skills to shape the future of our core platform. Your ability to navigate competing priorities, drive alignment, and communicate roadmaps clearly will directly impact our clients' success and our continued market leadership.
What you will be doing:
* Product Leadership: Own and manage the 6–12 month product roadmap for our core platform, Valax, ensuring it aligns with business goals and client needs.
* Delivery Oversight: Oversee an offshore scrum team of 14 software engineers based in India, alongside a team of Business Analysts supporting change scoping and effort estimation.
* Client-Facing Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for incoming client change requests — meeting with clients to understand high-level business challenges, pushing back when needed, and delivering considered, commercial solutions.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders across the business to coordinate priorities, align expectations, and ensure effective communication.
* Strategic Influence: Balance competing business priorities while ensuring delivery quality and timelines remain on track. Be a trusted advisor and contributor to cross-functional decision-making.

Essential:
* Proven experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, ideally working with software development teams.
* Strong leadership skills with the confidence to work autonomously, influence outcomes, and drive alignment.
* Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex requirements into clear actions and decisions.
* A proactive, energetic mindset with the ability to thrive in a busy, high-growth environment.
Preferred:
* Experience in the banking, finance, or valuations space.
* Background working with B2B platforms or large enterprise clients.
* Previous experience working closely with offshore development teams.
