IT Support Engineer (Desktop/Network/EUC) – EIL Global
We are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients. This is an on-call, casual basis with adhoc/dispatch requirements.

Responsibilities
Handle desktop and network issues on-site
Install and upgrade operating systems
Install patches
Software and hardware break-fix
Work as a network engineer; CCNA or above certification is a plus
Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, and basics of networks, LAN, WAN, switches, and router configuration
Install and administer MS Office
Communicate in business English with local language as needed
Tools to Carry
Fully charged laptop with Windows 8/10 and admin rights
Cisco console cable (DB9 RJ-45 or USB RJ-45); ensure drivers are installed if using USB adaptor
Putty
TeamViewer
TFTP server
Screwdriver set
Internet data card
Console cable and laptop; ability to console into Cisco router and use WebEx

– This role is on-call/adhoc, with scope varying by client. The above constitutes the general job description.
