What You'll Do
* Expertly prepare fresh sushi and sashimi to high‐quality brand standards
* Lead the team to deliver fast and friendly customer service every time
* Jump into the trenches with dishwashing and general cleaning duties
* Work independently to open the store or close down after a busy day
* Manage stock levels and minimise wastage to hit store targets
* Enforce strict food safety standards as the certified Supervisor
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
* You must hold a current and valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate
* Professional hands‐on experience making sushi and sashimi is essential
* A track record of reliability and working without supervision
* Previous experience leading a team in retail or hospitality
* Ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure
* Flexible availability to work across the airport trading hours
