Become the difference-maker who enables the war fighter to TRAIN – FIGHT - WIN.Within this dynamic and rapidly expanding setting, our Thales Ordnance Training Centre (TOTC) operates as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), offering a wide array of qualifications ranging from Certificate II in Explosive Ordnance to Graduate Certificate-level qualifications in Explosives.In this exciting role, you will be involved in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RTO, working closely with the senior leadership team within the Division to define the strategic direction of the business.
