Key Responsibilities:
* Process Analysis and Optimisation: Conduct thorough analysis of production workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, implement changes and monitor the outcomes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
* Quality Improvement Initiatives: Lead and implement quality improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean and other methodologies to drive excellence in all areas of our business.
* Standard Operating Procedures: Develop, maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and quality across all departments.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Production/Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years' experience in industrial engineering and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively, are essential for this position.
