Executive Director Environment and Planning Role
We seek a visionary leader to join our executive leadership team for an up to 6-month maximum term contract.
* Oversee critical functions including town planning, building control, waste management, public health, and environmental control.
* Ensure statutory obligations are met and align with council's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven senior leadership experience in planning, regulatory services, and local government leadership.
* Tertiary qualifications in town/urban planning or a closely related field.
* Extensive experience in planning and development, including major development application assessment.
