Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
The role of Manufacturing Associate is crucial in the production process, ensuring that high-quality mRNA vaccines are manufactured with precision and accuracy. This position involves operating advanced production equipment while maintaining rigorous safety standards.
As a digitally adept individual, you will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting them to leads. Additionally, you will maintain training records and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment and hold a College degree in Pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent. Aseptic experience, Visual Inspection, and PFS knowledge are also essential requirements.

* Experience in audit / inspection preparation, understanding Health authority and regulatory guidelines
* Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers, leadership and cross-functional support groups required
* Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills required.
* Ability to maintain attention to detail while executing multiple tasks with minimal supervision

This is a site-based position, requiring full-time attendance at Moderna's site. Regular medical assessments may be conducted as part of Moderna's commitment to workplace health and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
* Operating mRNA vaccine production equipment in compliance with cGMP and safety standards
* Practicing safe work habits and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping in assigned areas
* Executing operational activities per SOPs and approved manufacturing documentation
* Conducting routine digital troubleshooting of equipment and reporting issues to leads
* Maintaining training records and ensuring documentation is up to date
* Performing basic mechanical maintenance tasks such as lubrication, checks, and filter changes
* Supporting the closure of QA documentation to enable timely batch disposition
