Job Description Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our Maintenance department on a part-time basis. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, functionality, and safety of all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities across Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites. Key Responsibilities Include: Undertake general property repairs and maintenance as required. Assist in the execution of the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Provide induction and supervision of external contractors as required. Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules. Support the Maintenance Manager in managing contractor works and maintenance projects. Shift Details (subject to change): Part-time position, across a Monday to Friday roster 24 hours per week Some weekend work may be required on an ad hoc basis Afterhours callouts may be required on an ad hoc basis
