About the Role
As the first point of contact for insured customers impacted by property damage or disaster events, you'll play a critical role in helping them navigate the repair process. You'll join a collaborative team that values empathy, precision, and innovation, supported by cutting‑edge technology, a strong network and a continued commitment to learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a compassionate and professional first point of contact for customers experiencing property damage or disaster events.
Provide clear, timely updates and manage expectations throughout the claims journey.
Proactively monitor and manage claims to meet milestones and KPIs.
Communicate effectively with property owners, insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with empathy and professionalism.
Review and process work orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain precise data entry and documentation in our systems.
Assist with administrative tasks and elevate issues when necessary.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a customer service role (insurance, building, or disaster recovery experience is an advantage, but not essential).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (especially over the phone).
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused in high‑pressure situations.
