The Role Given their recent growth trajectory, the business are looking to bring an additional Senior Payroll Officer on board who would assist the Team Leader and other existing Senior Payroll Officer as their workforce continues to grow and scale. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance while delivering excellent service to employees and stakeholders. Your key duties will include: Processing weekly payroll for an operational workforce Interpretation of complex and varying awards/EBA's Handling complex payroll queries Ensuring accurate timesheet information is being recorded Providing support on reconciliations and other finance-related tasks Dealing with unions as and when required About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Hands-on experience in an end-to-end payroll processing role Experience interpreting varying EBA's/Awards Strong numerical skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset that is adept to dealing with difficult personalities at times Previous experience processing payroll within a unionised payroll environment advantageous but not essential To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
