As Human Resources Business Partner you will be responsible for providing consistent HR support and advice to internal Business Leaders across all areas of HR including Talent Acquisition, Systems, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Enterprise Agreements as well as delivering effective people related outcomes that contribute to successful business outcomes. Description Reporting to the HR Manager, as HR Business Partner you will be supported by a large and experienced HR team and will work closely with operational leaders to foster a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: Align the HR strategy with business objectives, specifically within the fast-paced, blue-collar logistics environment Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement. Provide expert guidance on matters including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and promoting a fair and equitable workplace. Utilise data including HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions to improve organisational effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering open communication and a positive work environment. Efficiently managing the recruitment process shortlist and phone screen candidates for suitable employment Supporting learning and development initiatives including but not limited to facilitating training Utilise analytics available to drive decision making Supporting HR Surveys - including driving customer satisfaction, compliance, survey responses and follow up, action plans Profile To be successful in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a large scale, logistics or blue-collar environment. Knowledge of employment laws and industrial relations, particularly within an EA framework. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
