Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage contract and project programmes, including regular progress updates.
* Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and output trends for continuous improvement opportunities.
* Deliver all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and live contracts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on planning and scheduling activities, driving cohesive project delivery.
* Establish strong relationships with internal teams, supply chain partners, and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
* Conduct short- to medium-term planning reviews and provide proactive risk mitigation insights to support informed decision-making.
* Evaluate and propose alternative construction methodologies to optimize project outcomes, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
* Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in project planning within construction or civil engineering.
* Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with ability to learn new tools and technologies.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships across teams.
