Job Title: Senior Dam Engineer

* We are looking for an experienced Senior Dam Engineer to develop their career while working with a highly capable and dynamic team.
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in dams engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) or higher qualifications, and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) status or equivalent Chartered Engineer status.
The role will involve providing technical delivery, participating in client relationship management, business development, proposal writing, report preparation, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide technical expertise on a broad range of dams projects, including water dams and tailings dams for various uses such as municipal, mining, agriculture, and hydropower.
* To lead the design and implementation of dams and tailings projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
* To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including geologists, structural engineers, hydraulic engineers, hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical engineers.
The position offers a variety of work and opportunities to develop client relationships and business development skills under mentorship from senior engineers.
