Position Overview
We are looking for a Graduate Settlements Officer. Your opportunity is to:
* Prepare Loan Offers and Mortgage Documentation.
* Manage your pipeline and associated follow‑up.
* Liaise with banks and solicitors to facilitate the settlement process.
* Book and arrange settlements, whether electronically or as otherwise required in each state.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience to all parties involved.
* Prepare settlement figures and daily funding requirements.

Candidate Profile
* You have recently completed studies in financial services or a related discipline, bringing fresh theoretical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn the end‑to‑end settlements process in a fast‑paced lending environment.
* You are an articulate communicator with great verbal and written abilities.
* You can thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* You are energetic and great at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* You have strong organisational skills and are comfortable with prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
