About you:
- Current AHPRA registration (RN or relevant discipline)
- Extensive experience in clinical governance, quality, or compliance within aged care, health, or human services
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and legislative compliance
- Success in managing audits, regulatory relationships, and incident investigations
- Proven ability to analyse data, lead improvement plans, and empower multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication, resilience, and stakeholder management skills
- Postgrad qualifications in health management/quality/risk (desirable)
