HSEQ Advisor Role
Key Responsibilities:
* We are seeking a Site-Based HSEQ Advisor to implement and manage integrated HSEQ systems and plans, conducting site inspections, task observations, HSEQ audits, and managing subcontractor SWMS.
* This role involves delivering inductions, pre-starts, and liaising with project teams on HSEQ matters, as well as assisting in injury management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' HSEQ experience in commercial construction, preferably with remote/FIFO experience.
* Cert IV WHS qualification; tertiary qualification desirable.
* Strong knowledge of QLD & NT legislation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint; HammerTech experience desirable.
Preferred Candidate Location:
* FIFO from most locations; Darwin or Cairns-based candidates preferred due to flight logistics.
