**About the role**
Reporting to the Senior IT Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for managing the delivery of service changes for the IT & Digital Enablement team. You will work in a multi-speed setting whilst coordinating multiple initiatives.
In this role, you will engage with stakeholders and be accountable for executing delivery of projects in the IT Service Management and mergers and acquisition space, co-ordinate resources (including 3rd party vendors) and tasks so that project outcomes are met on time and within budget and report project status including managing risks, issues and dependencies whilst adhering to organisational standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive IT projects using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies as required
- Ensure resource planning, budget planning and scheduling
- Monitor progress of teams and ensure that deadlines are met
- Capture and actively mitigate risks and issues
- Develop project communication plans and facilitate team meetings
- Report on status to key stakeholders
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience with coordinating telecommunications technology projects including telephone migrations, internet connection and printers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to roll up sleeves, and get the job done within deadlines
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to easily build rapport with a strong customer service focus
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to review and process quotes, invoices and statements
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills
