Senior Claims Service Consultant
We are seeking a professional with expertise in claims management to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, collaborating with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution, preparing and drafting relevant documentation, developing customer relationships, and maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing complex claims in a customer service environment, ability to optimize business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences, possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation, high attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
