A key role in our team is available for a Spare Parts Coordinator to provide expert assistance and support to customers regarding spare part availability and compatibility.
* Identify and locate required spare parts accurately.
* Process customer orders and inquiries professionally.
* Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management effectively.
This position is based full-time at our Kubota branch in Rockhampton.
Requirements
* Significant experience as a Spare Parts Coordinator or similar role.
* Excellent product knowledge and ability to quickly identify required spare parts.
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide outstanding support.
* Solid computer skills and ability to use parts cataloging systems efficiently.
