Are you an experienced Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisor looking for a change of scenery and a new career opportunity? You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating on-site activities. You will work closely with project managers and site personnel to ensure the successful execution of projects while upholding our commitment to high‐quality work and safety standards.
About You
* Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisor - ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
* Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
* ability to read and interpret construction plans
* ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
* Current Driver License
* Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
* Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
