Are you an experienced Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisor looking for a change of scenery and a new career opportunity? You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating on-site activities. You will work closely with project managers and site personnel to ensure the successful execution of projects while upholding our commitment to high-quality work and safety standards.
About You
* Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisor - ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
* Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
* ability to read and interpret construction plans
* ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
* Current Driver License
* Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
* Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
